In every automatic email we send you after you place your order, you will find a link to the status page, where you will also find the approximate delivery timeframe.
The shipping date you see when you place your order is an estimate - we can't always ship on the exact day, but we'll do our best and let you know if we can't meet the delivery timeframe.
Only when the bike has been shipped will you receive the tracking number and a more precise delivery date.
Our freight forwarder will call you up to a day before the delivery to set a fixed date with you. All previous dates are estimates, so don't take the whole day off before the freight forwarded contacts you!
If your bike is already on the way, you can track your delivery by entering your order number on the page of our logistics partner.
If the bike has not yet been sent out, please wait until the estimated delivery timeframe stated on the status page has passed and contact us, if you have not received a shipping confirmation by that point.
