Most parts on the bicycle are available on the market and can be repaired and replaced by any bicycle shop.
If something is wrong with the brakes, motor, sensors or battery, please always contact Ampler Bikes first. Also note that the torque sensor in the bottom bracket is connected to sensitive cables.
