What is the current delivery time?

Delivery times are still strongly affected by global supply chain issues. In 2022, we still see some component deliveries impacted by delays. Closure of airspace and thus delays in cargo deliveries, as well as COVID-related factory closures, are ongoing issues for us and our partners.

How to find the delivery times:

The shipping date will be shown to you once you select your desired colour, size and configuration. We keep the date current, although it is subject to change, and a fairly narrow estimate. If you decide to buy a model, you will be kept up to date about your order via a status page.

Changes of delivery times on the website configurator do not influence already placed orders, if we don't otherwise alert you via e-mail. Earlier orders will, of course, be fulfilled earlier in line. 

Note that Outlet bikes always ship immediately.


The shipping date is the date when the bike leaves our warehouse.
The average delivery time, i.e. the time from when the bike leaves our warehouse and arrives at your address, is 7-14 working days from the shipping date.

Ready to ship: Unless a shipping date is separately noted, your desired configuration is ready for immediate shipment, and we get the bike ready within approx. 24 hours. 

We keep the date always current, an earlier delivery is not possible.

In every automatic e-mail we send you after you place your order, you will find a link to the status page, where you will also find the approximate delivery time. After shipping, you will receive a link from us with which you can track the shipment. You will also be shown an approximate delivery date as soon as our freight forwarder can estimate this. You will be informed of the exact delivery date up to one day in advance by phone or SMS by the freight forwarder.
