What is the current delivery time?

In every automatic e-mail we send you after you place your order, you will find a link to the status page, where you will also find the approximate delivery time. After shipping, you will receive a link from us with which you can track the shipment. You will also be shown an approximate delivery date as soon as our freight forwarder can estimate this. You will be informed of the exact delivery date up to one day in advance by phone or SMS by the freight forwarder.

Changes of delivery times on the website configurator do not influence already placed orders, if we don't otherwise alert you via e-mail. Earlier orders will, of course, be fulfilled earlier in line.

The shipping date will be shown to you once you select your desired colour, size, and configuration on each model page. We keep the date current, although it is subject to change, and a fairly narrow estimate. 

Note that Outlet bikes always ship immediately – this means we prepare your bike within 1-2 business days and the bike is at your doorstep within 7-14 days.

Terminology

The shipping date is the date when the bike leaves our warehouse and shown below as “shipping starts”.
The average delivery time, i.e., the time from when the bike leaves our warehouse and arrives at your address, is 7-14 working days from the shipping date.

"Ready to ship": Unless a shipping date is separately noted, your desired configuration is ready for immediate shipment, and we get the bike ready within approx. 24 hours.
