A Software restart clears up your connection and starts it fresh.
To restart your bike:
- Hold down the power button for at least 10 seconds (20 seconds if you have a model before 2017) until the LED light turns off along with the bike. Don't let go earlier.
- Turn the bike on again from the power button or let it charge a while, if the battery has run out
- Check the connection via your app and see if everything works as it should
