How to delete Ampler app account and remove data

If you wish to fully and forever remove all of your app related user data and authorized bike telemetry from Ampler database, then do the following:

  1. Go to your Ampler App "Settings", "My Account" and tap on "Delete account" from the menu.
  2. Then write a request to fully remove all data to and include at least one bike or user identifier.
    • Module ID
    • Frame nr.
    • Order ID

Your request will then be processed and confirmation sent. 

If you never used the app with a bike, then sending a request is not needed and simply deleting the account is enough to remove all data.
