If you wish to fully and forever remove all of your app related user data and authorized bike telemetry from Ampler database, then do the following:
- Go to your Ampler App "Settings", "My Account" and tap on "Delete account" from the menu.
- Then write a request to fully remove all data to hello@amplerbikes.com and include at least one bike or user identifier.
- Module ID
- Frame nr.
- Order ID
Your request will then be processed and confirmation sent.
If you never used the app with a bike, then sending a request is not needed and simply deleting the account is enough to remove all data.
