Generation 1 models
The frame number is located on the right side of the bike on the chainstay, next to the rear dropout, and in the Ampler Bike Passport.
Generation 2 models
The frame number is located on the left side of the bike on the chainstay, next to the rear dropout, and in the Ampler Bike Pass.
