In case of any defects in your bike, please contact Ampler Bikes at the earliest opportunity by reporting your problem here or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Warranty requests are treated as first priority in our e-mail queue.
If you plan to visit an Ampler Showroom or Ampler Service Center with a defect on your bike, please contact our customer support first, in order for us to access the scope of the defect and give you a few tips first. Please also mind that our Showrooms and our Ampler Service Points can only work on an appointment basis and have a limited space capacities.
We will try our best to get you riding again quickly, and contacting us first is the best way to ensure this.
If you can send in detailed description, preferably with photos or videos, we will be able to help you faster.
To get you riding quickly again, we will then determine whether the defect can be fixed at a local bike shop, at our service partners, or whether we will pick up your bike and fix it in our own workshops, before returning it back to you.
